With service providers who help us operate — including payment processing (Stripe), SMS/communications (Twilio), scheduling (Calendly), and operations/customer management (Airtable) — solely to provide and support the Service.

In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

SMS Messaging Privacy

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Halo related to delivery updates, appointment reminders, customer support, and (if opted in separately) promotional offers.

Message frequency varies based on your activity with the Service.
